We've done no-spend November several times and it's always been a fun and rewarding challenge! The first year we did it was before kids and we meal planned for the whole month to eat the cheapest meals as we could think of. So. Many. Black beans. 🤣
November is a great time to do no-spend! Now I want to do one this Nov. Do you Christmas shop early or wait until early December? I'm so impressed that you meal planned for a whole month! I've thought about doing that. Our grocery bill is appalling.
Thank you for sharing the details! I couldn't get it out of my head after you shared the other day. I have been working part-time the past year and *might* be starting a full-time job this month. Thinking about the extra income has me with dollar signs in my eyes and dreaming about all the STUFF I've been wanting haha. So doing no-spend March might help me rein that in! Although my rules will probably be different...I know I'm gonna need a haircut before I start work, and getting coffee out is part of my weekly social rhythm, so I'm going to keep that. But everything else can wait till April! I think? hahaha.

See you later, shame, indeed! This is so inspiring!

I came here to say what Ashlee already said. I would love to try it another month!
Sounds great! Let's make it happen!
I know my husband would be SO on board with this 😆
Love this idea! Not sure I’ll be able to join for March, but this is definitely something I want to do this year!
You'll have to let me know if you do!
Love this! I think I'll give it a try!
Let me know if you do! And if you want accountability, email me - lrennie86@gmail.com
Have you read “The Year of Less” by Cait Flanders? I heard about it on a podcast a few years ago where that couple tried this. Good challenge!
Yes! I read it in 2018. It was so interesting!
March is my birthday month so I’m out 😜 but I would LOVE to do this with you another month!
Same. I was coming here to comment this. Bahaha!
Yes, do it with me another month!!
